In Loving Memory of Brock Gossett
July 2, 1982 – October 2, 2021
By Elaine Wade and Amy White
Humans have long depended on animals for our survival. Brock, who was raised on a farm surrounded by all creatures great and small, instinctively knew that coexistence with them is essential.
Brock experienced deep joy, companionship and healing by freely giving his time and sharing his loving home with not only his own animals, but also those in need.
He trusted and believed in the inherent goodness of animals and their ability to soften the harshness and disappointment that can sometimes occur with human interaction. The love for his own animals and others in need of his help expanded his heart.
He integrated that immense compassion and inclusivity fully in his life and respected all living beings on earth.
